i get PERFECTLY good fps on ultra and i get lag and lag spikes. my isp is talk talk with fibre optic 120 mbps + i get lag with high medium and low
and i done with command render.perfoverlayenable 1
showed my gpu and cpu settings and i saw when i lagged spiked the moniter i opened with the command render.perfoverlayenable 1 the cpu part was going high as hell...
how DO I FIX this i've tried to fix this DAY and NIGHT and this flipping game is lagging my cpu AND NOT MY GPU WTF I REFORMATED MY HARDDRIVE tried to put different ram and kinda fried my motherboard!!
i get this kinda lag on bioshock infinite
specs:
amd fx 6350 3.9 ghz
4 gb ram
motherboard \: m5a78l-m/usb3
gpu : asus 7790 1 gb
os : window 7 64 bit ultimate
psu: 750 w
disabled cool and quiet no effect and others and neither of them worked...
tried overclocking gpu/cpu
tried downcocking gpu/cpu
hopefully one wise man can help me fix this lag..
