You will have to open the system case, remove the TV Tuner card and examine it for the make & model which should be printed on it. If it can't be identified you will have to install a new tuner card.
Make sure the computer is unplugged, open the case and touch a bare metal part of the chassis to discharge static from your hands before touching the card or any other components.
