how do i connect 2 ps3 controllers to pc?

i have downloaded motioninjoey but it only connects 1 controller at the time. whenever i want to plug in the second one i get a messeage from windows saying that it does not recognize the other controller

did not really answer my question. when i connect one monitor i can use it instantly but when i connect the other one all the 4red leds are blinking and then i get the error messeage

im playing on 1 monitor. but i want to play split screen. i solved it by connecting only 1 ps3 controller and changed it to xbox 360 and then i went to split screen mode and activatet it by the keyboard so basicly 1 person is playing on a ps3 controller and the other one is playing on the keyboard.
