Your graphics card has 1gig built in, and you system will share an additional 3gig, from the systems 8gig'
You can't increase dedicated RAM, as it is built into the card

Your graphics card has its own memory, in your case it is 1gb. Thi is dedicated memory
Some portion of your system's RAM is also reserved for graphics card. This is called shared memory.
This shared memory is hardly use by the graphics cards because their dedicated memory is sufficient most of the time.
Shared memory helps maintaining the performance not improving it.
