Can my system handle 3D? Also could I get some tips on improving my build?

I was wondering if I could run 3D with the set up I currently have if I bought a 3D television, the Asus VG248QE 144 Hz. I'm currently running an AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8 core processor, a Enermax ETS-T40-VD 76.0 CFM CPU cooler, a Asus SABERTOOTH 990 FX R2.0 ATX AM3+ motherboard, 2 sticks of 8GB G.Skill Ripjaws x series DDR3-1866 memory, Windows 7 home premium, Samsung 840 series 120GB 2.5" SSD, Western Digital 250GB 3.5" 10,000RPM HDD, Asus GeForce GTX770 2GB graphics card, Asus PCE-AC68 802.11a/b/g/n/ac PCI-Express x1 WiFi Adapter, a Rosewill Hive 750W 80+ Bronze Semi-Modular ATX power supply, and inside a Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced ATX Full Tower Case.

Solution
GTX 770 is a 3D capable GPU (there is a specific field on NVIDIA control center), but 3D ports of games are relatively few and most of the times they suck...
