Hey guys.
Im all new here and I hope I'll get this right!

I did upgrade my build completely recently to the following:

Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD4H
Intel Core i7-4770K
MSI GeForce GTX770 2GB
Crucial BallistixSport XT 16GB 1866MHz
Samsung 840 EVO Basic 250GB

CPU cooler is 'Cooler Master Seidon 120v'

I got two old Seagate Barracuda 7200 at 320Gb and my old Silver Power 750W psu.
My old graphic was a AMD Radeon HD 6770.

Now to the problem:
When installed everything besides graphic card and cpu cooler, the computer started to freeze at startup, at the windows logo. Had to restart and choose to start Windows normally.
A friend of mine said it was windows, and re-installing it would fix it.
So i waited for my cooler and graphic card, and installed it with windows 7 again.
But the problems remain and now i have problems when playing BF4, the screen freeze at a random color and i have to restart. Then it usually freeze at windows startup (at the logo) and i have to restart again. Random freezing have been happening outside BF4 to, but not that common.

I'm clueless. Is psu to low? Hardware broken..?

Thank you
/ND

there is nothing bad with your psu, it is more than sufficient. Now to your problem, have you updated your motherboard bios(check the rev. no. on your motherboard and then download) and have you installed latest drivers of your mobo and gpu?

I just checked all drivers and got the latest bios. Right after i fixed the bios, it froze again at startup.
Forgot to say that it doesn't always freeze. It is more likely not to freeze, but does it allot.
Thanks

Thanks again.
I've been trying what they said on that page, with no luck.
And freezing at startup was happening before i reinstalled Windows also. That's why i thought maybe its Hardware.
If something is broken, any idea how to find which part the easiest way?

I had a similar problem myself a few years ago, it was caused by ram voltage was too low or high, I can't exactly remember. But please check BIOS and see if RAM voltage set to automatic. I recommend resetting BIOS to default anyways.

PSU shouldn't be a problem at all.

Thanks guys.
The temperature on gpu and cpu is not a problem what i'm can see. Can't say what it is at the moment it crash, but in general its not near 80°C (176°F). I've checked my moba's BOIS before, and i did try to upgrade it without any progress with my problems..
I will try to google how to "RAID the 2 hdd" tomorrow because i don't understand what that is... (please explain in easy words what it is, if i can't figure out..)
How do i know if the voltage is to low or to high?
I'm no good at this sh*t. So please have some patience.
The freeze usually happens when exiting a game or the changes map, Like a game ending in 'BF4', or changing to a new server in 'DayZ SA'. Except the startscreen freeze that can occur at random startups.

Is it hardware you mean? Or is it anything i can do? It should help to try out my old RAM then. I'll try it out asap, when i can get it back from my brother who got it.

It might be two different problems, because i played DayZ without any problem the days before i installed my new graphics and cpu cooler, when i also did reinstall windows 7. And i had the problems when starting up my PC before then.

Thanks again guys, I really appreciate it!
