It is kind of hard to explain this, but i use an Antec 920 Kuhler on my ROG extreme VI motherboard. The Antec has two fans that are placed on either side of the radiator, the two fans have a 4 pin wire that plugs into the Antec's "head" while a third wire goes from the "head" to the USB plug in the motherboard.
The ROG extreme has an OC panel, but because the Antec fans are not plugged into the motherboard the OC panel shows 0 RPM as it thinks there is no fan running.
I want to install the fans directly into the motherboard so i can use the OC panel, the only problem i am having is the wires are not long enough. Is there some kind of 4 pin extension that i can use? I live in New Zealand and looked all over the market here and they say no such thing exists but I'm sure there is such thing. Can anyone please let me know where to look, or have any good ideas to go about this?
