AMD Radeon HD 7770 Question

Would I be able to run this graphics card on a corsair 430w PSU

You would have to check if the 7770 u are trying to buy has 1 or 2 pci-e connector, since the cx 430 only has 1 cable for a pci-e connector (u can use an adapter for the 2nd connection) the hd 7770 you are trying to buy probably has 1 pci-e connector so u will be fine.

I've never heard of a Radeon HD 7770 requiring two 6-pin PCIe power connectors.

neither have i, but im not a gpu expert neither do i know all hd 7770's ;)
