Solution
here is a side-by-side comparison between the two motherboards you have listed:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Productcompare.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100006519%2050001312%2040000280%20600462813&IsNodeId=1&Manufactory=1312&bop=And&CompareItemList=280%7C13%2D128%2D607%5E13%2D128%2D607%2DTS%2C13%2D130%2D730%5E13%2D130%2D730%2DTS&percm=13%2D130%2D730%3A%24%24%24%24%24%24%24

I'd go for the Gigabyte due to its having 4 memory slots and a PCIe x 16 version 3.0 slot. Alsthough it is more expensive, a much better board IMHO.
