What is wrong with my Wireless Network Card?

Hey everyone. I have bee using a wireless network USB stick for the past 7months, and decided to get an actual network card as it would be more stable.

The thing is, using the network card gives me absolutely terrible internet.. It is installed correctly, so I am not sure what is going on here.

As you can see, not exactly comparable. What is going on here?

That is surprising difference. You really should should see little of any difference between a internal card and a USB. It is mostly personal preference.

The one thing that can impact a internal card is if you stuff the computer under a table against a wall. The computer case blocks all the signal from on direction and they you block it from others. USB has the advantage that you can put the device on a 15ft extension cable and put it in the open for best signal.

I would first ensure that your problem is not related to how the computer is located.

Other than that I would ensure you have the newest drivers for the card. You might also try the vendor drivers for that chipset.

That could be the problem. My PC is directly facing a wall where the aerials for the network card protrude...

I do have a proper table from Ikea to use, but me being silly only bought one leg for it.. Haha.
