Hey guys, I'm about ready to order. My final component is the GPU.

There's 4 particular that I'm looking at atm and I need you guys help to make the final decision.

Asus HD7770 - 2GB
Asus HD7790 - 2GB
Radeon HD7850 - 2GB
GeForce GTX 650Ti - 2GB

These cards are all under $170. I'm going to be using the FX-6300 w/M597A. I only play games like league of legends, warcraft, Minecraft and looking (really looking forward) to playing Rust.

Please help me find the best card.

At the HD7770 level, there's not much point going for a 2Gb version.
The Vram is a frame buffer, so basically how big/detailed the images it's firing at you are. Pick a massively demanding game, at a high resolution, and you can use over 2Gb pretty easily. Thing is, a HD7770 will never be able to run a game at those kind of settings, so it's unlikely you'll see any real difference between the 1Gb and 2Gb versions.
Here's a link showing Vram demands for BF4 at various resolutions. Your resolution isn't listed, and BF4 is more demanding by far than any game you've listed, but hopefully it gives you an idea of how memory buffer scaling happens.

If you have no plans to upgrade your monitor, then a 1Gb HD7770 is probably as much as...

The HD7850 is the strongest of the three, but it's also the most expensive (a 1Gb HD7770 is <$100) so it's not really a level playing field.
How much you need really depends on your display resolution and your performance expectations, but if you have the $170 to spare, then the HD7850 is definitely the one to go for.
Having said that, the R9 270 starts at $180, and is a comfortable step ahead of the HD7850.

get a hd 7850 (gigabyte wf/ sapphire/ asus oc or msi oc 2gb).
handles everything good at 1080p and has a decent price for the performance. depending on country.
what's the difference in price between 7790 and 7850 where you live?

I forgot to mention my monitor resolution is 1440x900 which I'm perfectly fine with I actually love that size. Will I be able to run rust well with a 7770 and what's the difference between 2gb and 1 gb

If you intend to play more demanding games in the future, or you think you might upgrade your monitor at some point, then a 2Gb card at the HD7850 kind of level might be more appropriate.

Say I'm at 1440x900 resolution which I am. If I was using the HD7770 - 1Gb playing rust, would there still be an improvement if I were to have used the 7850 2gb instead. I was curious because the 2gb 7850, is 30$ off from the normal 200, and I was thinking that it was future proof me a bit better than the 7770.

yes 7850 is a better future proof choice.
but with your monitor any other gpu higher than 7790 won't improve the visual performance as long as you don't play crysis, terra 2, bf 4 or any super demanding game.
except you can use aa on hd 7850 tough it won't bring you much.
i find hd 7850 quite expensive at 170$ since you can get 7870 for 190$ 0.0
here costs like 152$

nobody had experience with these cards? I have to correct you I own both those gpus.
we already answered you ....
well as mentioned if you have no intention to change monitor a 2 gb 7790 would be best choice.
if you intend to play more demanding games later on a higher resolution hd 7850 goes as the best option.
rust ain't an extremely demanding game.
at that resolution you won't see scrap difference between 7790 and 7850 in that game.
the only reason to get a 7770 is only if the 7790 goes higher than a 30$ difference in price.
