I recently acquired the Asus Essentio CM6830-07 Desktop with the following specs:

-3rd Gen Intel Core i7-3770 processor
-8GB DDR3 memory
-NVIDIA GT 620 graphics (2GB video memory)

I know this PC isn't the best in terms of the GPU but what would I have to replace in this system to play games like BF4 and crysis 3 on max settings?

Thanks

Obviously a better gpu and a power supply, as the original is probably not sufficient and low quality.

Yes, Power supply will almost definitely have to be replaced, as most that come with units are 300W, asus on their gaming sometimes puts in a 450w but that's not a decent supply. You'll also want to take a look at the motherboard itself. Odd's are it is fully capable, but might not offer the same as even a budget board. Probably wont have to replace, well odds are you wont, but its good to know what you have.

So what specific GPUs and PSUs do you reccomend and how would I install them into the PC once I get them (Sorry, I don't really know much about computers)

what's the budget? Going with a single card all you need is a quality 500-600W power supply.

Something like a GTX 760/770 and Seasonic 550W would be a nice start.

I don't know if this would be possible but I was hoping that I could get both the psu and the gpu for around 150-200

Well he said he want to go up to $200 max so there are no better options for GPU+PSU. BF4 would profit from mantle a bit.
