Why do I see red artifacts?

I have an XFX R7850 2GB Core Edition, not overclocked, never has been, never will.. And recently since I moved from one case to another, I've noticed that my windows startup screen has some artifacting, along with that, sometimes when I'm on the internet I'll notice the red artifacts.. This is really frustrating to me as I have just bought this GPU not even three months ago, for around 200 dollars from Amazon NEW.. Please help guys!

I'm pretty sure it's past amazons return policy so you can go to XFX's website and under support they should have something to do with warranties or RMA.

I've re-installed it physically, I'm going to re-install the drivers and get back with this post. Also, I don't really notice the artifacts in games for some reason.. It's just like standard windows browsing is where I see it the most.

Well, I did both physically re-install, and virtually re-installed the drivers, and I'm still seeing the artifacts... Do you think if I put in my other old AMD GPU, or my other old Nvidia GPU to see if it's my 7850's problem, it would mess anything up?

Yea.. I just got some bad news. The old GPU does not have any artifacts.. Sigh.. I'm going to RMA this card, I got it from Amazon, I think I still have the box, but how would I go about RMA'ing it? Just call XFX? Or.. what..
