What graphics card should I get with a 4-pin connector?

I currently have the XFX R6670 Core edition and I was wanting an upgrade but I have a 4 pin connector in my PC. I was wondering which GPU I should get that would run games better. I don't really have a budget over about $300

You can use a 4pin to 6pin adapter and if you have a second one connector you could use it too.

What kind of power supply and case do you have?

$300 can buy you a GTX 760, and $230 buys you a 270x. Either way, we need to confirm that they would fit in your case and your PSU can handle them.

I don't get the question.
PCI-E gpu power leads are either 6pin or 8pin.
4pin is usually the mobo cpu power lead.

Anyway you need to get a new PSU for the new GPU. The r9 270x and a quality PSU from Corsair, Seasonic, XFX etc with 500watt or a bit more will be good for $300.

Yes, that answers it, sort of. The problem is HP and its competitors don't document upgrade options properly.
I spent 10 minutes trying to find out how much room you have for a graphics card in there. I think it's up to 10" and double-wide cards are OK.
If true, this means the Sapphire 270x would fit.

Take a look inside the case. Get a ruler and see how much room you have from the end of the existing card to the hard disk cage on the other end. If it's 10" or so it's good. Also, see if a card that takes two slots would fit. The card you have in there now is single-slot.

Is replacing the power supply as easy as replacing a GPU?

Well, replacing a PSU will take more time, lots of cables to connect. But yes, it's easy. Write down where each cable from the old PSU goes before you disconnect it, that will help.

Thank you and I have 1 more question. Will the Sapphire x270 run games like BF4 or dayz in 1080p at, lets say, 60 FPS?

Not at ultra and high AA+AF and in Multiplayer.

It would get over 60fps on high settings in BF4 at 1080p.
On ultra settings it should get about 42fps with a very good overclocked CPU. Expect over 30 fps in any case.
