I've began putting my new build listed below together today and when I try to power up with the GPU installed the monitor detects no signal. Without the gpu installed the computer boots to bios as usual. GPU is ASUS 770, motherboard connected to vizio 22inch tv via hdmi. I'm working on borrowing a friends card/testing my card to determine if the gpu or mobo is the problem.
details:
1. asus card is powered by 6 and 8(6+2) pci-E from corsair 750PSU. and shows two green lights
2. I tried connecting the card in the lower slot and the same results.
3. Motherboard is asrock extreme 4 and shows error code "99"
