EyeFinity Question (1st post) :-)

So I've been reading along here for a while, and thought I'd join the community. I'm having a bit of a problem here and was hoping someone here could shed light on the situation for me.

Problem:
I can only get two of my monitors to work. On the back of the card, I believe I have the following (DVI-D Dual Link, DVI-I Dual Link, HDMI, DisplayPort). Now this being said; on day one of receiving this card I went ahead and connected my three monitors to the (DVI-D Dual Link, DVI-I Dual Link, HDMI) connections. I only got two monitors to work....

.......After days of reading, I guess I'm required to use the DisplayPort for at least one of the three monitors, amirite? ..........Now this being said, I went ahead and ordered a DP to DVI device (http://www.ebay.com/itm/230929056628?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2648) -- This arrived yesterday by USPS. I went ahead and now im using the (DVI-D Dual Link, DVI-I Dual Link, displayPort) connectors.

Problem is: When I go into AMD Catalst Control Center; I'm only given the options of "2 Displays 2x1". Now if one was to say "the connections bad" on one of these, I can toggle amongst the three (center and left work, right and center work) but all 3 wont. So all 3 are indeed "connected", but not all 3 at the same time. To reiterate, just two of the three monitors will turn on.

What am I doing wrong here?? Thanks in advance.

Card:
Sapphire AMD Radeon R9 270X OC 2GB GDDR5 2DVI/HDMI/DisplayPort pci-e

Monitors:
(3x) ASUS VN247

I think i know your problem. That converter needs to be an active display port. My set-up is both DVI's used and i have a HDMI to Display port converter which is active. This is my one. It has to be active or it will not work and they are pretty cheap. Yours may be active after all but it didnt mention it was active and they are normally bigger than that.
