whats the best gpu i need HELP!!!

Hello guys hows it going, ive been needing help to buy the best gpu for about $250 im on a budget so please do not suggest gpus for higher, what i need is the best gpu for my build and be able to play bf4 at ultra/high with at least 60fps+

MY BUILD
FX 8320 GIGABYTE 970 MB 8GB BALLISTIX RAM CORSAIR 600WATT 1TB HDD NZXT PHANTOM 410

I have this GPU with nearly the same specs as you, maybe a bit better, and I can max out a game like Assassins Creed 4 at ultra settings at about 60 FPS.

With your configuration, I don't believe you can play BF4 at ultra, maybe medium with the GTX 760, you would have to pay more than $250 but in your price range, this is the best by far.
