Disappointing FPS on GTX 660 Ti

So I bought a 660 Ti last year, and when I first installed it it ran everything perfectly: constant 60 FPS on LoL, 60+ FPS on BF3, and so on. Now, I'm struggling to maintain my 60 FPS in LoL. For example, in a team fight, I'll be getting 45 FPS on high settings, but my GPU usage stays below 50%. Why is that?

Any help would be appreciated.

Always have the drivers updated for GPU, also check if it has dust, if so clean em up so it will have better air circulation, this will improve the overall performance always
