My cousin's video card recently died, it was a 7-year old GPU so it was obviously time for it to go. We're looking for a cheap Radeon replacement within $50-$75. Upon looking at NewEgg and saw that AMD doesn't really produce their older cards and will need to purchase from a third-party developer. I was curious if they still used the Catalyst driver or if you needed a driver from a different website. Also, ANY SUGGESTIONS ARE WELCOME!

Thank you.

For that price range, you're probably looking at a Radeon R7-240 like this ASUS Radeon R7-240. AMD hasn't manufactured graphics card since they were ATI, I don't think, but you still download drivers from AMD's web site.
