Whoa... I bet it's really noisy.
It is normal, sort of. The cooler is small and the fan has to compensate by rotating very fast.
Get a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo and replace that stock cooler.

Agree I would get a after market cooler as the stock cooler can get quite loud when the temp's ramp up the fan.
I have fx 6100 and by mistake i broke one propeller of my stock cooler,One of my friend bought 8350 with an aftermarket cooler so his stock cooler was brand new and i took him and replace it,
Long story short i have now an Fx 6100 cpu with an Fx 8350 cooler,
I dont care about the noise so much,it doesn't bother me,My cpu stays a little cooler than my previous cooler,I just didn't know that the fan's rpm are so much... Thank's for your time if you have any hints you are welcome tell me..!
