Machine Specs:
Intel 3570k i5 CPU
Asus P8Z77-V Motherboard
16GB Patriot memory
2x Asus GTX 760 in SLI
Rosewill Xtreme series 850 watt PSU
Windows 7 Professional booted from an OCZ vertex 3 SSD
The rest of my data is on a 1TB Seagate HDD

I would like to overclock my CPU and possibly my ram because I have recently upgraded my cooling solution and I think I can account for a good overclock with health temperatures. I have never overclocked anything in the bios I have only used Asus's TPU which causes me to blue screen. If I could get a basic over run or any tips on overclocking this set up that would be great. I know how to do the most basic over clock by just changing the core multipliers but i know there are multiple methods and other variables that need to be changed to achieve the best overclock.

If you have anything useful for me or if you could help me in the actual process that would be fantastic!

Thanks, DJ
