This thing seems to happen randomly, my system is a msi TF gtx 760, i5 4570, 8gb ram and asrock B85M pro 4 MOBO.
The effects are in games I get fps jumps in tomb raider from 50 to 7 when I normally get 30 to 50 changing game settings doesn't make differance to fps at all and a new thing that has developed on bioshock infinite burial at sea is that I move as if i'm tapping the wasd keys when i'm holding them in( there is no fault in the keyboard).
I have a W.D. scorpio 750gb hard drive with just under 300gb left. this shouldn't affect performance but I did run a defrag and that helped for a while.
