Hello , I've been trying to overclock my processor for awhile now but can not find a tutorial that shows my specific bios.
My specs are , yes i know its old:
CPU Type:QuadCore Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, 2400 MHz (9 x 267)
Motherboard Name: Intel Johannesburg DQ35JO
BIOS Type:Intel EFI
8GB DDR2 RAM
EVGA Nvidia GTX 650 Ti (2gb)
550w power supply
Cooling is fairly decent , dont have a model or anything but my GPU temp sits at about 25 C , might go up to 35 when playing.
Thank you.

You need to find out where in your BIOS you can raise your FSB (currently at 267mhz), from there on you can do as any guide points out, usually under advanced->CPU settings or advanced->chipset settings.

Keep in mind that back in those days Intel mobos (from the manufacturer like yours) didn't implement any OC features so if you're unable to find any option that could be the reason.

Sorry shmuckley, I'm not Rob whoever that one is... guess that's why I have no idea what u mean with "get ep45t-extreme" heh.

To OP: If your BIOS doesn't have any OC options you could try OCing using some software I guess... I've never tried that so I can't really recommend it, do some research about it before getting full hands on it.
