I just put together the parts I ordered to make a new computer.
Gigabyte DDR3 1600 LGA 1150 B85

^Used that motherboard (it's not an matx - I dunno why it says it is) with an i5 4570.

Now, when I turn the computer on (my evga nvidia 760 fans, the system fans, the asus optical drive, my crucial m500/wd blue 1tb desktop hd) everything turns on but I get no video out.
I tried it through my onboard graphics and my nvidia. Nothing. Then, after a short while the computer restarts and it just loops.
Any ideas on what is wrong with my system?
