when I click right arrow to go to next photo in a folder, next photo in that folder windows 8 is not reflecting,

You need to launch a program such as Windows Photo Viewer:
1) right-click picture-> "open with"-> "choose Default program"
2) then choose "Windows Photo Viewer"
Now whenever you double-click a JPG photo, the program launches. You can also use different programs.
