What graphics card are you going to buy? GTX650 or even GT640 would be enough for your needs, I play league a lot and if you can get a GTX650 you will run the game on ultra or high most likely with ease.

Well in my experience league of legends its a very easy game to run, you could play on mid settings to be on the safe side, your cpu seems decent, at least for league and web browser games, but Im not sure if it will bottleneck a GTX650, about the issues you mention, why cant you play the games you mention? Do they crash or you cant install them? did you change the operating system or what do you mean by "format"?

well ill just buy 2gb ram and ill try if gtx650...
we reformat "boot"...? it, I install the games then i cant play it, also the browser game and facebook games like candy crush, i install plugins like adobe shockwave player, and other flash player, but its not working...
and also i cant instal direct3d...
my cpu has too many problems... hehehe :pfff:

Im having trouble understanding what you are saying, but you could try installing the updates from "Windows update" also install Java. You should open another thread in the forum so you can get help with your other problem. Good luck with the GTX650 its a really good card.
