I have been using Speedfan, but it appears to only control fan speeds via voltage control(my LEDs change brightness according to fan speed). If I leave it to my mobo's own PWM settings, the LEDs are always at maximum brightness, but the fan speed varies accordingly. However, my motherboard(MSI Z77A-GD65) can only set minimum speed/target, it doesn't limit the maximum speed which I want to control, so the fans get ridiculously loud.
So the question is this: Is there any way to properly manually control PWM?
