Overclocking 125w vs 95w?

Okay so I'm getting a new phenom II for next build and the model I've chosen has 3 version but i'm only interested in 2, one that has a max wattage of 95 and the other with a max of 125w. My question is will the 125w version be better for overclocking, I now it'll produce more heat but can it be pushed further?

Wattage is not an indicator of overclockability, per say.

You could have 2 chips with the same wattage, that overclock totally differently.

We need to know what 2 CPUs you are talking about

The 95w version should oc higher. They run at a lower voltage at the same speed and are also specced to handle a higher temp, 70c vs 62c assuming you do get c3 stepping.
