how can i monitor multiple pc's internet usage in my network?

we keep clocking over the usage in our house ane we need to find out why!... or who is using it

Unless your router has this functionality built into it (unlikely in a domestic environment) you would probably have to install some bandwidth monitoring software on each device that uses the connection. This would of course mean that you would need to manually check the report on each device and this could be open to tampering.
