Like the question states, can I run Windows 8 on a ASRock Z87 Extreme4 + Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core without a graphics card?

I was able to get everything + Windows 8.1 except the XFX Radeon R9 270X 2GB Video Card, Asus PCE-N15 802.11b/g/n PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter, and Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler.
My question is, can I install and run Windows 8.1 on my pc without my graphics card?
The ASRock Z87 Extreme4 says that the Onboard Video Chipset is "Supported only by CPU with integrated graphic." Since the Intel Core i5-4670k Processor has Intel HD Graphics, it should be able to just run the OS and internet, right?
I want to at least get my PC all setup and I only have to wait for my next pay check to get the graphics card. I guess I am just being impatient. Haha
