will this GT 630 work with this old pc?

Solution
If you have E5200 as it states in the description there should be no problem CPU + MB ~ 100W.
There are 2 models of GT630, newer with Keppler chip which uses max 25W (which is quite low) and older model witch uses 65W.
Basing on NVidia information Kepler is a dual slot card and the old model is a single slot... despite the fact there is no info about the chip on Palit page its the only hint ive found.

Generally in the scenario it doesn't matter for your MB which one is that, since PCIX v1.0 (your PC) provides max 75W from the slot, so it wont be a problem with compatibility (AMD cards is a different story tho), the only problem could be that PSU, but as far as its the newer 25W version there shouldn't be a problem also. Just keep in...

It is compatible with your board, but power supply is not up to expectation. You can find 3 types of GT 630 with varying power requirements as from Nvidia.
http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gt-630/specifications

In the link you have given for gt 630 from palit, you will find 5 varients in which you can choose only two because of more power requirement. I will give the two models, you can get any of the two and i think it will work fine.

The two models are
PN : NEAT6300HD46-2080F

PN : NEAT6300HD46-2080H

these models require like 25W power, while the other three will require 65W of power

Just keep in mind this PSU can make you some trouble, after few years low cost PSU can break without any reason and even those tinny 25W can kill it if its already dying.

@at up... it looks like ive put the same conclusions lol

It should run, PCI-E provides 75w by itself, so any variation from here http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gt-630/specifications, Yours is not middle one as not GDDR5 and not the Kepler (as max resolution of kepler is higher) will do the work, so 49 MAX GPU + 65W CPU + some for system.

Should run.
