my memory card not workong...format is not done...error is unable to format sd card...plz solve this error...plz plz plz

You need to post proper specs; hardware, os, the card itself.

Is it being recognized at all by the device, is it mounted, have you tried putting the card in question in another device?

You need to be more descriptive about the error and provide more details

You might try a free program called "SDFormatter". I use an SD card reader on my PC and reformat them a lot for use with my Raspberry Pi computer. If the card works at all it normally will be seen by the program at which point you should be able to format it. Warning - if you have more than one installed make sure you pick the right one to format. I use a separate SD card and reader as a ReadyBoost device on my system and it sometimes picks it up.
