Cpu:amd fx-6300/8320
Mobo:Gigabyte 970A-DS3P
Ram:8gb
Hdd:500gb
Gpu:R290 4GB Gigabyte R929D5-4GD-B
Optical drive:DVD-RW 22x (SATA)
Psu: Gigabyte SuperB 720W
Cooler Master CMP 102

Option 1
Cpu-i5-4440
R280X
Got liquid cooling
Gigabyte G1.Sniper B5

Option 2
Amd fx-6300
R280X
Got liquid cooling
Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3

Option 3
Amd fx-8320
R290
No liquid cooling
Gigabyte 970A-DS3P

Which one should i choose?

Liquid cooling for cpu only and
Question 1:is the power supply enough?
Question 2:Is it worth decreasing cpu for gpu like
In option 2 to 3
Question 3:is liquid cooling worth it in my setup
Question 4:will the fx-6300 bottleneck the r290.if
Not should i take option 4
