lot of people say that i5 750 is still enough for gaming specifically and some says 1st generation is dead . . . i also own a i5 750 and still satisfied . . . so what do you all think that jumping from 1st gen to 4th gen really worth or not .....

i am satisfied ... i have a friend who also owns this (on my recommendation) and now says that . it don't have built in graphics and the boards of this gen doesn't have sata3 and ram limited to 1333 . . bla bla bla . . . it looks like some drawbacks but how much worse these problems are . . ? don't have much to say about that . . he is planning for haswell, probably 4570 or 4430 . .

i really don't 100% believe on this benchmarks and tests ... in real life if you don't go extreme, you can't see difference . but as these tests said that the i5 750 is almost 50% low on performance as compared to 4430 or 4570 . . . what impact that it creates on gaming and some utilities ...

You are fine till at least broadwell. If you are still using HDD, SATA III won't do much for you. With an SSD you might get some improvement, with SATA III, but will still offer great performance under SATA II. I ran 1600 ram with my i5 750, so not sure why your friend feels they are limited to 1333. By the way, Intel doesn't get much of a performance boost from faster ram anyway. They overclock nicely as well. Built in graphics is useless if you are a gamer.
