Is it a good motherboard?
will it support fx-8320 out of the box?
will i have to remove the backplate on the motherboard to install the hyper 212 evos backplate?
will it work well with the gigabyte gtx 760 2gb graphics card?
how many fans will i be able to use with this motherboard-will i have to buy a fan controller?
Any help is appreciated! Thanks

Yes, it is a decent MB. It will support the 8320 since the BIOS F13 which was released in OCT 2012, so any board purchased now should have that or most likely a newer BIOS version. You will most likely have to remove the cover and install the 212 back plate. Fairly simple installation. Just follow the instructions that come with the cooler. You will be able to use as many fans as your PSU can handle. If you use all the fan headers on the MB, then connect any others directly to the PSU. A fan controller is a personal choice if you want one.

You'll probably be more happy with win7. hardly anybody likes 8. Win 8 had a slower start than Vista because of customer satisfaction. And it continues as win7 is still the best seller. Lot's of people return their comps while they can because they cannot stand 8 and end up getting a comp with 7 installed.

EDIT:
Even most people with touch screens prefer a different OS other than 8.
