Everytime I try and run a full scan with Kaspersky, about an hour into the scan, windows will bluescreen and reboot. I have tried using TDSSKiller to see if there was anything in the rootkits, but it did not find anything. I am able to quick scan just fine, and I have also used checkdisk to find any problems, but still nothing.

If your laptop/computer is ASUS brand, the ASUS Data Security Manager has been known to cause that problem with KAV full scan.

Either disable ASUS Data Security Manager or add it to KAV trusted applications list (trusted zone) so it's excluded from the scan:

It doesn't happen with quick scan because quick scan only scans memory and a small sub-set of system files which doesn't include areas where utilities like ASUS Data Security Manager reside.

If your computer is not an ASUS, it's almost certain to be some similar software which is causing the problem. It's impossible to say exactly what as there are so many different brands with all manner of software installed, but I think I'm on the right track.
