need suggestions for $1400 sli build?

Solution
All in all, a good build.
With your budget, I have some suggestions.

1. WD blue is slower than Black. But, I will not build today without a SSD for the "C" drive. Everything becomes much quicker. Samsung EVO 120gb would be the minimum. 240gb would be better. If you will not be storing large files such as video's, perhaps you can defer on the hard drive and add it later if you ever need more storage space.

2. To overclock the "K" you will want a decent cooler. A $30 cm hyper212 of Xigmatek will do the job.
You will probably get 0.2 more oc if you use a top air cooler like a $75 noctua or phanteks

3. 750w may do the job. But this chart suggests 850w for sli GTX770 cards...

I would not pay extra for gold rating or modular.
I have no problem overprovisioning a PSU a bit. Say 20%.
It will run cooler, quieter, and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
A PSU will only use the wattage demanded of it, regardless of it's max capability.
Buy only a quality unit like Seasonic.

4. Do you need a DVD drive?
