Hello normally when i boot up my pc i hear a kind of loud revving noise right at the beginning then it slows down to normal. This morning the revving noise came a few seconds later then normal. Does that mean something is starting to go work with one of my components? Is it normal for it to delay sometimes?? (Of course there is many different booting sounds)
