Windows 11 update brings advertisements to the start menu

HWMonitor shows all my fans at 99%?

On HWMonitor it says all my fans are on 99%
I have a corsair h55 cpu cooler and other cheap fans that came with my case.
Why does it show 99%?

No about 50C while under maximum load about 20 -30C idld
