Actually the gtx 660 is much faster than a 7850, it is comparable to a 7870 but the 7870 is a bit faster

You should at least go for an fx 6300 for better performance. APU's shouldn't be paired with discrete GPU's

Under $750

Are you near microcenter? many of their items are in store only and the MOBO on the list is from there

First of all, APU's like the AMD A8 already has integrated graphics and shouldn't be paired with discrete gpu's, you would get low performance with your 7870

The fx 8320 is a much better processor and will go well with the 7870

fx 6300 is also neither a bad option if you wish to stay under $750

Do you realize that you would get lower performance on the A10. As I said, it shouldn't be paired with discrete gpu's, which is why it has integrated graphics

The fx 6300 would be a much better option and you are still under budget

Motherboard power limit and socket compatibility issue

The A10 would pair well with a lower end card close to its own internal GPU and will give increase in performance over the APU alone.
The problem is when you get a mainstream card performance will suffer

You will pay slightly more and be way ahead
