Cooling an Overclocked Core 2 Quad

Hello, I'm trying to squeeze the last bit of performance out of my old system before I upgrade in about 6-8 months. I'm running a Core 2 Quad Q8400 on a stock Intel cooler. It will stably overclock in excess of 3.2 Ghz (up from 2.66 stock) before temps push past 70-77 °C. I could use some recommendations for coolers that I could use now, and preferably in the future on a new rig built in the summer. What would you guys recommend? Also:

What do you guys think of 120mm AIO radiator units? (ie: The Cooler Master Seidon 120M)
Do they get enough performance to make it worth it over something like a Hyper 212 Evo?

I would prefer Hyper 212. Liquid coolers has the fear of leaking, so I prefer air coolers, and it will be good for you aswell. And I think you wouldn't notice much difference with a liquid cooler.
