In the hunt for a quiet, low-wattage PSU

Hi!
I'm in the process of selecting components for a new PC. My demands are rather basic: it will be used for all my multimedia needs (music and movies - playback + ripping cds), internet and light image processing. In fact my needs are so basic that I am not even investing in a discrete display adapter, as the Intel 2500 should be enough for playing HD stuff.

My only strict requirement is that the rig will be as quiet as possible. The computer will stand on my desk, about 1 meter from my head and 2.5 meters from the sofa (where we sit and watch movies) so this it absolutely crucial that noise levels will be minimal. I've already chosen the Fractal Design Define Mini case (mATX) for it's noise absorption qualities (among other things that I liked) and I am now trying to figure which PSU to order. I obviously need a low wattage unit, so the Seasonic G-360 was almost the obvious choice given its raving reviews and competitive price. However, it seems that it's not the quietest unit around (it also has other drawbacks such as not being modular and supporting only 4 SATA drives, but these are negligible). Another tempting option is Corsair RM-450, which seems to be fully passive at lower loads, (and is modular so less unnecessary cables) but it is more expensive and I haven't found a proper test for it so I am not sure how quiet it really is (and the 450W is an absolute overkill).

Can you guys help me out here? Can anyone share some thoughts about the Corsair RM-450?Are there any other exceptionally-quiet-low-wattage PSUs out there I should consider? Do you reckon paying almost double for a fanless unit is the way to go?

Thanks in advance!

I was expecting to hear that fanless is the way to go, though I hoped for an solution that would not hurt my wallet as much...Thanks for your replies nevertheless, and of course I'll be happy to hear other opinions as well!

2 more questions following the previous one:
Corsair advertise their RM series as practically fanless under light-to-medium load. Do you think this is just marketing mumbo jumbo or that this type of unit (I believe they are not the only ones making "zero rpm" PSUs) can really provide inaudible experience if not pushed hard? This machine, after all, is not going to be used for Bitcoin mining...
And second question - since air flow inside the case is crucial for fanless PSUs, do you think I can fit one into a mATX case and be confident that I don't damage other components (or the PSU itself)?

It is not fanless, but im really happy about my tacens radix psu(s) y got 3 of them. The are labeled with a wattage a bit optimistic (720 instead of 650 recommended, 1200 instead 1050) but they are cheap and the fan is very quiet, and under full charge really work on very low rpm.
