How to change RAM voltage in Rampage IV Extreme?

I've tried everywhere on the BIOS and I never see anything that looks like changing the ram voltage apart from something that says DRAM Voltage (CHA, CHB) 1.500 now when I try to change this it won't let me. It just infinitely types oooooooooooooooooooo until I highlight off it. Could someone please post a video or give me a good description on how to find and do this? I'm not very knowledgeable about this kind of thing so slow and steady please.

It'd be nice if you could tell me what to do then please! I just upgraded my GPU from 670 to 780 and I just launched BF4 and now I'm getting average of 30-40 frames when on the 670 I used to get 60+ and I haven't even changed the settings yet. And I think I changed the voltage correctly. My ram says it needs to be run at 1.65 because ever since i put in the new GPU and RAM my computer has been running like a snail.
