New psu, keyboard and mouse won't work.

Recently, I had to buy a new psu because my old psu was 500w and would just randomly shut off because I was told that my graphics card was to powerful for my psu. So I bought a new 700w psu and installed it and now my computer won't recognize my keyboard or mouse but it'll recognize other usb devices. I cannot enter BIOS because the keyboard won't turn on at all. Also my computer keeps going into start launch repair and then I get a blue screen once it enters the repair.

  1. Welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums!

Just changing the PSU will not affect anything else. Obviously something got moved, bumped, or disconnected. Check all connectors and ensure that they are well mated.

I tried disconnecting all the chords and reconnecting them. Everything I've tried hasn't worked.
  3. I also tried resetting CMOS but it seems like the battery can't come out
