Windows failed to start:a recent hardwarw or software change might be the cause
Code:0xc000000f
I installed a new dvd drive on my new rig and when I turned on it said these things and when I gave a Windows 7 disc it freezed on the language menu

Perhaps a driver issue. Try disconnecting your new DVD drive by removing the SATA cable from the Motherboard to see if Windows will boot normally, then re-connect the drive whilst Windows is running and allow it to update the driver.
