So I've been planning on building a computer now for quite awhile and mostly for gaming. I'm not sure about graphics cards and what would be the most bang for my buck. I would like to at least play BF4 at 60 fps. Any feedback would be great. Thanks

This is the best you can get, but its a bit over your budget. If you don't want to OC, then you can choose a cheaper MB. And to achieve 60FPS in games you really need a decent GPU, so it will be expensive, you can go with R9 series of AMD, but that also cost you around the same :
