right now I am on 4.5 ghz on 1.32 volts on manual mode

And I just ran asus real bench stress test and it did the test fine.

it this voltage safe Is it going to do alot of damage to my cpu in the long run or it will be fine for like 4-5 years

I am currently thinking of going to turn on adaptive mode but the last time i tried this it didn't work and it just crashed

over 1.3v things get pretty nasty. you need a strong cooling solution air or water. stock cooler is insufficient for overclocking.i would recomend to use voltages under 1.3v for 24/7 use. max temps shouldnt exceed mid 70s celcious
and after. over half an hour stress test.
