I need help choosing a motherboard

I'm building a new computer and I can't decide which motherboard to get. I'm getting an i7 4770k and a msi lightning 780 and have plans to go sli. I want something that allows easy and high overclocking. The case is a corsair vengeance c70.

The motherboards I'm looking at are
Gigabyte Z87 G1 Sniper
Asus Maximus VI Hero
Gigabyte G1 Sniper m5
Asrock Z87 Extreme 6/ac

I'm open to other suggestions but would like to keep the price around $200

I decided on the Hero after about 20 various Haswell client builds, will easily handle 2 way SLI, manages DRAM great (am running 32GB of 2666 Tridents) and have had the 32GB set of 2800 in mine and 2 others), has grreat sound and OCs very well, run my 4770K at 4.6 24/7
