Between these three boards Gigabyte z87X-D3H offers the best components for overclocking. "True" 8 phase pwm design without a doubler (other two using doubler and both of them is actually 4 phase), better quality inductors, capacitors and mosfets.

G45 and Z87-A are using very similar components (exact same mosfet packages actually - PowerPAK by ON-semi). G45 has better audio chip and slightly better NIC. These two boards are also good for mild overclocking but Z87X-D3H is far better.

However there are some stability problems reported by many Gigabyte Z87 users when using 4 sticks of rams. I'm not sure if these specific 4 ram stick issues are solved by a BIOS update yet but you can just check Gigabyte user forums and ask around if it's fixed.
