PC gets random freeze and lock up..

I had this computer a month and a half old, and yesterday it was acting weird like random freezing and lockong up. i can click program but it wont open if i browse internet it wont load it stays loading .. after a while my programs clicked will all load. So i was thinking maybe its a virus , so decided a fresh format today and unfortunately its still freezing and locking up.. my cpu temp is just fine (screenshot below).. is it possible my vga causing this? if you guys have any idea or informations to share would be appreciated ... Thanks in advance,,

Download the test and make a boot disk with the file. Read up the instructions on the site. Give that a go and post if you pass or fail.

im sorry this maybe sound stupid but yeah.. i have no idea how to test memtest.. would you mind enlighten me a bit? or any reference i could use..

It passed no errrors took me 2 hours to test... do you think its my ssd causing this?

its like 20-30 sec... when im downloading stuff and opening programs..
